I don’t show up with a deck. I show up with a method. My job is to help your team uncover the solution they already have, together, and then execute it.

My philosophy

I work with teams that have the skills. They just need help uncovering the answer.

Most companies I work with already have what they need. The talent is in seat. The product works. The market is real. What’s broken isn’t the people. It’s the system around them. The cadence. The decision rights. The conversations that aren’t happening. The conversations that are happening but going nowhere.

My job is to help your team see what they can’t see from inside the work, and to give them an operating system for working through it together. I’m not the smartest person in your room. I’m the one who can hear what your team is saying, frame what they’re actually trying to solve, and keep them moving when they would otherwise stall.

That’s HELP. Hear, Evidence, Learn, Proceed. It’s how I run every meeting, every coaching session, every turnaround call.

How we work together

Two engagement models.

Model 01

Embedded turnaround.

Short-term, full-time interim role. I step in as your fractional CRO, interim revenue leader, or interim President depending on what the company needs, and I work alongside your executive team every day.

This is the right fit when
  • Revenue is breaking and you need a credible operator in the seat now
  • Your PE board needs to see decisive action
  • You’re between leaders and need continuity, not a search firm
  • You need someone who can stabilize the team, fix the GTM motion, and hand off cleanly to a permanent successor

Model 02

Executive team coaching.

Part-time engagement. Weekly or biweekly cadence. I coach your CEO, CRO, founders, or full exec team on the operating decisions that are stuck.

This is the right fit when
  • You have the right people in seat but the team isn’t moving in sync
  • Specific decisions keep stalling or getting revisited
  • You want outside pattern recognition without bringing in a full-time outsider
  • Your team needs the HELP Operating System installed and reinforced over time
What you get
  • Recurring sessions with your CEO, exec team, or specific function leaders
  • Live coaching on the decisions in front of you, not theoretical frameworks
  • Asynchronous availability between sessions for time-sensitive calls
  • Minimum 3-month engagement to give the work time to compound
Scope and pricing

Every engagement is priced to the scope and the stakes.

Every situation is different. A PE-backed turnaround with a quarter to fix or sell isn’t the same as a founder-led team that needs coaching through a Series B build-out. I scope each engagement on the call.

What’s consistent
  • Embedded turnarounds are structured as a fixed monthly retainer with a defined start and end
  • Coaching engagements are priced per quarter, minimum 3 months
  • Every engagement has a written scope: what we’re solving, what “done” looks like, and how we measure it
  • No long-term lock-ins. If it’s not working, you can end the engagement at the end of any month.
How we start

A 30-minute fit call.

Every engagement starts with a 30-minute call. It’s not a sales call. It’s a fit check. I want to understand what’s happening, you want to know if I’m the right operator for it, and we both want to know fast.

If we’re not a fit, I’ll tell you. Often I’ll point you to someone better suited. The goal of the call is to be right about whether we work together, not to close you.
