Nothing about this is a black box. Here is exactly how we go from a first call to you running a revenue engine you built.
- A free 30-minute conversation. It costs nothing. I ask you a series of questions, and through them we decide together whether it makes sense to work together. Some things I can help you with. Some I cannot, and I will tell you. Either way, by the end of the 30 minutes I will tell you what I would do if I were you, and we will have uncovered what you are going to do.
- An assessment. If we go forward, you start with a real assessment, not a personality quiz. It shows where you are strong, where the gaps are, and what the twelve weeks need to fix.
- A session with a registered psychotherapist. You sit down with one of our registered psychotherapists. Revenue is a people problem before it is a numbers problem, and how you lead under pressure is the part most programs ignore. We do not.
- A 12-week mentorship program. We meet weekly, 45 to 90 minutes, for twelve weeks. Structured, not open-ended. Every session moves something real forward and ends on a decision.
- You change how you lead. We build your revenue charts. We build your teams. We install the cadence and the conversations that make the number predictable. By week twelve you are running the system, not me.

IQ measures the ability to learn. The application of that learning is EQ. Creativity, Confirmation, and Communication, the three of them, are EQ, and they are what separate a revenue leader who can hold a team together from one who can only hold a spreadsheet.
Here is what missing EQ looks like in an ordinary week. A team runs A/B tests for a month with no hypothesis going in, then cannot explain why the winner won, so they learn nothing they can use again. That is Confirmation missing. A leadership meeting runs three hours with one person talking ninety-five percent of the time, and the next meeting opens on the exact same problems, untouched. That is Communication missing. I have watched both happen inside profitable companies full of smart people. The IQ was never the problem. The system that applies it was, and that system is what we build here.

- Evidence. We separate fact from interpretation. The thing you are sure is true and the thing you are assuming are rarely the same. This is where most bad revenue calls get caught.
- Learn. We find the pattern. Most of what feels unprecedented to you, I have seen a version of. We name what is really going on.
