Bootcamps for boards, exec teams, and sales teams.
When the right people are in the room but the team isn’t working. One to three days. HELP, installed and reinforced, until the team operates differently when they leave than when they arrived.
A focused reset, not a workshop.
A bootcamp is one to three days where I work with your team on the operating system underneath how they work together. The HELP Operating System gets installed live, used live, and practiced live on the actual decisions in front of the team.
This isn’t a training course. It’s a working session. We use real problems your team is facing right now, run them through HELP together, and by the end of the session your team has a shared method for the next conversation, the next decision, and the next stuck moment.
Three formats. Three audiences. Same operating system.
Built for the room that’s in front of you.
Board Reset.
When your board has the right people and the wrong dynamic.
For boards that aren’t operating efficiently. Most often, this is a young or newly-formed board, a board after a major change (new chair, new CEO, recent capital raise), or a long-standing board that’s drifted away from its mission.
- Mission compass. What is this board actually here to do? Where has scope crept?
- Responsibility map. Who owns what between the board, the CEO, and the executive team? Where are the overlaps and gaps?
- Effective meetings. How does the board run its meetings, decide things, and follow up?
- HELP installed. The four-step operating system the board uses for every contentious or unclear conversation from this point forward.
Executive Team Reset.
When the right people are in the seats but the team isn’t a team.
For executive teams that have the talent and the mandate but aren’t working well together. The symptoms: decisions get revisited, meetings end without owners, functions point fingers across the table, the CEO carries the team instead of being supported by it.
- How this team actually makes decisions, and where the process breaks
- What each function needs from the others, said out loud and acknowledged
- HELP for executive team conversations: forecast reviews, strategy debates, hiring calls, escalations
- A shared cadence for how the team will run from this point forward
HELP for Sales.
Your buyer arrives over-educated. Most reps don’t know what to do with that.
AI has changed the buyer. They show up to your first call having read your competitor’s website, watched a podcast about your category, and run a ChatGPT-generated comparison. The old sales playbook assumes a buyer who doesn’t know anything. That buyer is gone.
- Real listening. Most reps think they’re listening. They’re waiting to talk. We fix that.
- Diagnosing the buyer’s real situation, past what they think they want
- Coaching the buyer, not pitching them. Becoming an advisor the buyer trusts, not the vendor the buyer is comparing.
- Running HELP in a discovery call, demo, objection, forecast review, 1:1 with a rep
- Sales leaders: how to coach reps using HELP so the method scales beyond the people in the room
One to three days. On-site, off-site, or remote.
Most bootcamps are scoped during a fit call. Some teams need a single day to reset around a specific issue. Some need three days to do real work on multiple layers at once. We figure out the right length together.
Pricing is quoted on the fit call. Bootcamps typically include preparation time before the session, the on-site or remote facilitation itself, and a written summary of what the team agreed to and committed to coming out of it.
Get your team operating differently in three days or less.
Book a 30-minute fit call. We’ll talk about what’s stuck, which bootcamp fits, and what the right scope looks like for your team.
