The TriMetrix EQ assessment is an approximately 20-30 minute self administered questionnaire that generates an individualized report based on the person's unique profile and broken down into three main sections.

This section of the report is designed to help you attain a greater knowledge of yourself as well as others. Driving Forces

We offer individual, leadership, and executive coaching. The type of coaching you select depends on the current role or the ideal role you are pursuing. If you are entering a new career from school, are an employee at a company or self-employed (with no employees) you would be best suited to our individual coaching. If you lead people as an entrepreneur, manager, or team leader our leadership coaching is the ideal coaching service for you. Our executive coaching is specifically offered by our Senior Executive Coach Chris Schafer and is led by executives, for executives.
