    The ODL Executive Package comes with a TriMetrix® EQ Assessment, your personalized TriMetrix® EQ report and 3 sessions with one of our executive level coaches to review your results and to help you put what you’ve learned into practice.

If you are seeking guidance about career progression, career change, or uncertainty surrounding your goals, a career coach can support you to explore opportunities that will lead you to success.

  • An Executive Coach works with a client to enhance their professional performance-creating self-awareness and a drive for transformational change through a custom-tailored experience. The coach works with the client to enhance critical thinking skills and helps them to identify challenges and opportunities. The coach will ask thought-provoking questions, act as a sounding board, and facilitate learning through a guided partnership. The coach supports leaders and monitors progress over time-with a focus on creating effective leaders. Coaches help grow careers and transform individuals and entire organizations.

  • Career coaching can be an extremely valuable service for anyone who is passionate about their professional potential. Some people connect with a coach to help take them that extra mile, to reach a milestone goal in their career and achieve success as they define it. Others come to a career coach because they are experiencing personal or organizational challenges that are self-limiting. ODL provides unbiased and supportive career coaching services based on the belief that everyone can cultivate a personally satisfying and healthy professional career. We strive to help you to gain new perspectives and insights to guide decision making and help you find the best fit for your unique working style.

  • The TriMetrix EQ assessment is an approximately 20-30 minute self administered questionnaire that generates an individualized report based on the person's unique profile and broken down into three main sections.

  • Behaviors
    This section of the report is designed to help you attain a greater knowledge of yourself as well as others. The ability to interact effectively with people may be the difference between success and failure in your work and personal life. Effective interaction starts with an accurate perception of oneself.

    Driving Forces

    This section of the report provides information on the why of your actions, which with application and coaching, can tremendously impact your valuing of life. Once you know the motivations that drive your actions, you will immediately be able to understand the causes of conflict.

    Emotional Intelligence Section

    This section of the report provides information on your emotional intelligence, which with application and coaching, can impact the way you respond to emotionally charged situations. In in turn you will increase your performance and decision making.

    Blending Behaviors, Driving Forces & EQ

    This section will illustrate the impact your Emotional Intelligence has on your core behavioral style as well as your top four driving forces.

  • Integrating Behaviors & Driving Forces helps you blend the how and the why of your actions. Once you can understand how your behaviors and driving forces blend together, your performance will be enhanced and you will experience an increase in satisfaction.

  • The ODL Fundamentals Package includes the TriMetrix EQ assessment, individualized report, and three review sessions with your coach.

  • We offer individual, leadership, and executive coaching. The type of coaching you select depends on the current role or the ideal role you are pursuing. If you are entering a new career from school, are an employee at a company or self-employed (with no employees) you would be best suited to our individual coaching. If you lead people as an entrepreneur, manager, or team leader our leadership coaching is the ideal coaching service for you. Our executive coaching is specifically offered by our Senior Executive Coach Chris Schafer and is led by executives, for executives.
