I’m Chris. I fix broken revenue orgs.

25 years in SaaS GTM. NetSuite through IPO and the Oracle acquisition. Most recently President at ImportGenius. Today I run OnDemand Leaders with my wife Elisha and co-authored the HELP Operating System.

I’m a fractional CRO and GTM turnaround operator. Founders, CEOs, and boards bring me in when revenue is breaking and the team needs a fix, not a deck.

The work usually isn’t one problem. It’s three layered ones: operations is dragging, people are misaligned, and the brand isn’t telling the right story. From 10,000 feet it looks like a revenue problem. On the ground it’s all three at once. I see the system, not just the symptoms.

2000s · early 2010s

NetSuite. From $30M to over $1B in revenue.

I spent over a decade at NetSuite as one of the key global leaders through its growth from $30M to over $1B in revenue, including its IPO and the Oracle acquisition. I built and ran multiple verticals and led teams across North America, Asia, and Australia through that growth.

That arc — mid-market through enterprise, US through APAC, founder-led through public company through strategic exit — is where I learned the mechanics of GTM at scale. Every engagement I take today draws on it.

Most recently

ImportGenius. President.

As President of ImportGenius, I led an 18-month B2C-to-B2B transformation. Rebuilt the GTM motion. Realigned the leadership team around one revenue plan. Delivered the largest revenue quarter in the company’s history. This is the scale and the kind of work most engagements look like today.

Today

OnDemand Leaders + the HELP Operating System.

Today I run OnDemand Leaders with my wife Elisha. Two engagement models: embedded as an interim CRO or President when the work needs full-time presence, or part-time alongside your executive team when the right people are in seat and the team needs outside pattern recognition.

I also co-authored the HELP Operating System — Hear, Evidence, Learn, Proceed — the four-step practice I use for every meeting, every coaching session, every turnaround call. It’s also the methodology delivered in the bootcamp training products. Read more about HELP.

Outside the work

Greater Toronto Area. Thirty instruments.

I’m based in the Greater Toronto Area. I play more than thirty instruments and perform weekly when I’m in town. That’s relevant because it tells you something about how I learn — fast, curious, pattern-driven, allergic to “you can’t.”
